Position Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager Mobile who is ready to shape the future of technology by creating an exceptional experience for our customers. In this role, you will take ownership of one of our most strategic online accounts in the Benelux and lead the way in driving sales and showcasing our advanced product portfolio. Role and Responsibilities


How you make a difference
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand strategic customer relationships across online channels. You will be responsible for the sales performance and market share of Samsung’s smartphones, tablets, and wearables. Your role involves developing and executing comprehensive account plans, building sustainable partnerships, and ensuring that revenue, market share, investment, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage and grow a strategic key account.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement tailored account plans aligned with our business strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Sales & Targets: Take full ownership of achieving sales objectives and maximizing market share.
  • Negotiations: Lead pricing negotiations and define agreements for promotions and campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor sales figures, market trends, and customer performance to refine forecasts and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Innovation: Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, proposing initiatives that drive mutual growth.

    As a Key Account Manager, you should possess a strong strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a high commercial drive. Ideally, you are a collaborative team player with the “Samsung DNA”. The perfect fit is someone who sees opportunities and seizes them, with a positive can-do attitude and a readiness to challenge conventional methods.
     

    We also request:

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, or 8 years in a Senior Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proven experience in sales and stakeholder management. Telecom experience is a plus.
  • Professional command of Dutch and English.
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
