What are you going to do

As a Bakery Operator, you will be tasked with setting up the machines, weighing ingredients, and preparing the dough. Other tasks include:
  • Keeping an eye on the baking process
  • Checking the quality of the bread
  • Fixing any problems or breakdowns
  • Keeping your workspace clean and tidy
  • The company operates from Monday to Saturday, and you will work in 3 shifts. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, or 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

  • You understand the importance of a smooth production line and take responsibility for keeping things running well

  • Surcharges on your salary of 34% and 37% (for night shifts), as well as overtime bonuses of 25% and 50%
