  • Proactively prepare documents and presentations.



  • Assist in producing marketing materials and gathering market information.



  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager, Northern Europe, on external communications.



  • Help organize and support client events.



  • Manage travel bookings, expense claims, and meeting coordination.



  • Maintain and update databases (customer data, property data, photo library).



  • Improve efficiency by streamlining filing systems and internal procedures.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.



  • Previous experience as a team assistant.



  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Salesforce is a plus.



  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.



  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.



  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.



  • Discretion, tact, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters.



  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.







  • 10-month temporary contract providing solid professional experience and stability.
