Together with your colleagues within IT you will be responsible to implement and maintain security measures to protect company computer networks and systems and the information contained within them. To excel in this position, you are proactive, a real team player and open to be flexible when needed. You like challenges and can always come up with the best solution. If you come across a security risk, you are the best person to coordinate with various teams, resolving the issue at hand in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring security risks are identified and define technical improvement/action plansAutomate the identification of security events by defining rules in Security systemsPerform regular root causes analysis and suggest actions to be taken based upon outcomePromote and assess compliance with current rules, policies, and standardsCollect, compile, summarize and record security data and trendsForesee potential issues and escalate concerns
What you bring
Bachelors/HBO level education, preferably in Cybersecurity1+ years of working experience in IT SecurityExperience with working with various (network) security solutions such as SIEM, IDS, NDR and EDR systemsSecurity certification in CEH, CISSP or CASP is preferredFluency in English, both written and spoken
