Role description

Xillio is looking for new colleagues! Our team consists of smart, creative, persistent consultants and we
work for great brands and large organizations both within and outside the Netherlands.
As a technical consultant you work with our in-house developed software. You analyze, test, and build
content migration solutions for our customers. Together with your fellow consultants and solution
developers, you also contribute to prototypes and improvements, which are tested directly with customers.
In addition to helping our customers and developing innovative solutions, we actively promote team
building and frequently organize fun events and get-togethers, allowing you to get to know and keep in
touch with other colleagues and stay up to date with company-wide developments.

What does a typical day look like?

  • Kick off with the consultants huddle: share what you’re working on, learn what your colleagues
    are doing, and help each other out.
  • Work on the content extraction for a customer migration and configure dashboards.
  • After lunch at our villa, convert migration rules into scripts and run your first migration test.
  • In the afternoon, join the DevOps team meeting to discuss product backlog items and pick up a
    task to improve a connector or dashboard.
  • Wrap up the day checking the results of your migration test — and maybe a game of table tennis.

    • Qualifications

    -Completed beta or technical education.
    -0–3 years of experience in IT, preferably in the field of content and/or data management / ETL.
    -Affinity with programming and/or scripting (knowledge of JavaScript / NodeJS is a plus).
    -Interest in databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
    -Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask for help when needed.
    -Strong communication skills; excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
    -You live in the Netherlands.
