At least 3 years of relevant work experience, some of which should be in an advisory and/or project role
Completed WO master's degree, preferably in a business economics, science or real estate management discipline
Demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience
You have affinity with the banking / insurance / real estate sector
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are essential to be considered for this role

As a Senior Consultant, you will be closely involved in various challenges. You not only work out strategic issues together with a team, but also support in implementation projects or collaborate in designing an operating model. The Strategy & Operations | Financial Sector team consists of about 50 colleagues. The team focuses on clients in the Dutch financial sector and serves 3 different segments; Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance & Pensions and Real Estate & Asset Management.
