We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Area Sales Manager Netherlands (f/m/d) to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our Dutch properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers across all market segments
• Conduct research, qualify leads, and identify opportunities using sales analysis tools (e.g. Agency360)
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships through regular contact, visits, and networking
• Conduct annual contract negotiations, business reviews, RFPs and framework agreements in cooperation with Revenue Managers and General Managers
• Organize and lead site inspections, customer events, presentations etc.
• Work closely with hotel teams, revenue managers, the marketing manager and the Area Director of Sales to align commercial strategies
• Support the preparation of annual Sales & Marketing Plans and budgets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer reputation
• Participate in and contribute to sales and strategy meetings etc.
• Contribute to online and social media marketing campaigns together with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and bring forward innovative ideas to support business growth

As an Area Sales Manager(f/m/d), you will be responsible for driving sales activities across our hotels in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and maximizing revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with multiple international hotel brands and to collaborate closely with our hotel teams, revenue managers, and commercial leaders. You will play a key role in shaping sales & marketing strategies and bringing creative, hands-on initiatives to life.
