Your mission
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will assist our customers with their questions and problems to let them have the best experience using our products.
What you’ll be doing
Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort. Contacts will mainly come from sports clubs using the Playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through Playtomic app or website
Manage the incoming chats and tickets offering empathy and technical knowledge.
Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process
Be responsible for Customer’s happiness. A happy customer is a loyal customer! Who you’ll be playing with
