Job Description:
As a Maintenance E&I Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of equipment in the assigned area by organizing, overseeing, and inspecting maintenance and project construction activities. Serving as the primary point of contact for the company during on-site work, you will ensure the efficient execution of tasks in accordance with internal and external HSEQ requirements.
You will work within a team of Maintenance Specialists E&I, Analyzer Specialists, and technicians, you will foster strong relationships with various stakeholders, including engineers, planners, operations, contractors, and suppliers. Your role involves scheduling preventive maintenance tasks and efficiently addressing corrective maintenance issues, aiming to minimize downtime. Prioritization and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) are crucial, as is your contribution to process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Assessing work orders in SAP and liaising with planners for work package compilation (20%)
• Verifying work packages (10%)
• Acting as the main point of contact for contractors working on assigned tasks (20%)
• Participating in priority setting for maintenance activities, diagnosing issues, and responding to ad hoc breakdowns (20%)
• Maintaining oversight of all activities, ensuring structured reporting on progress regarding planning and budget (30%)
Qualifications:
• Has experience in the petrochemical sector.
• Technical degree in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) maintenance (HBO or MBO+)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant E&I maintenance experience for HBO, or 5 years for MBO, in a similar industrial environment
• Familiarity with ATEX and HVAC systems
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Proficiency in English is essential
