We are looking for an enthusiastic Operator to join our client's team in Lelystad. You will be working in one of the newest and most advanced dairy factories in the Netherlands. Your day starts with a cup of coffee, a shift handover, and a meeting with the production leader. As an operator at this company, you will be responsible for monitoring the production process. You will operate various filling and packaging machines, with the main challenge being to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow. This involves conducting tests and checks multiple times a day and promptly reporting any quality and safety concerns.

Your tasks will be distributed as follows:

  • 50% of your time will be dedicated to production
  • 20% of your time will be spent on quality controls
  • 20% of your time will be focused on setting up, cleaning, and sterilizing
