  • Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and order entry.

  • Handle post-order activities (e.g., date changes, expedites, order holds).

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, Product Management) on pricing, delivery, and terms.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Possible specialization: quoting or order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of B2B customer service.

  • Proficient with ERP systems and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong data entry skills.
