Infrastructure & Support Manager



Our client, a rapidly growing international provider in the digital infrastructure space, is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead and optimize their internal IT environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic influence, ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-growing settings.



The Role


You will own this position and be independently responsible for managing the Microsoft Azure and 365 environment in NL and build & lead a small remotely based IT Support Desk team.


This includes overseeing cloud migrations, implementing IT policies, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. You'll play a key role in building structure from inherited systems, setting up onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with the latest Microsoft security standards. The role reports directly to the Group IT Director and offers a high degree of autonomy and ownership.



What We're Looking For



  • 10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure and support.

  • Strong leadership in IT support operations.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, 365, Intune, Topdesk, and cloud security.

  • Experience with IT policy development, project management, and system migrations.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and KPI-driven approach.

  • Confident in English & Dutch (German/French a plus).

  • Willingness to travel across EU offices


Certifications (Required)



  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)

  • Microsoft Certified: 365 Administrator Expert

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

  • Nice to Have: MS-500, SC-100, Azure Security, SharePoint Admin
