We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Service Sales Engineer for the BeNe region.
This role requires a proactive individual who can provide exceptional consulting and sales services for industrial tightening technology while building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
In addition, the selected candidate will support our current team in increasing capacities both in the general and motor vehicle industries.
The sucessful candidate will take over full responsibilities following the retirement of a team member. This expansion aims to enhance our service offerings and optimize customer satisfaction across diverse market segments.
Your Role:
Sales of services for tightening and assembly solutionsManaging existing contracts and driving proactive business growthMaintaining and enhancing customer relationshipsSupporting the existing team through on-site sales and internal servicesCollaborating with product sales to develop project conceptsCreating quotes, contracts, calculations, and presentations in relevant systems such as Salesforce and OSupporting Tech-Days and trade showsTraveling within the Flemish Region and the NetherlandsTo Succeed, You Will Need:
Experience in selling industrial assembly solutions (engineering degree, certified engineer, or comparable qualification)Excellent communication skills with a strong customer and service orientationSolution-oriented and proactive approach with a deep technical understandingEnjoyment in managing and developing key customers and contactsActive growth mindsetFluency in Flemish/Dutch and English; German is a plusProficiency in sales systems, preferably SalesforceProficiency in OValid driving licenseWillingness to travel In return, we offer you:
