Requirements As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points. Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and visuals. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and peers. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 6–8 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX design skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision. Understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies. You Should Possess the Ability To: Communicate effectively and present ideas clearly to stakeholders and peers. Collaborate across cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver optimal solutions.
