Working hours
You will
work full time from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00. A
flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00 is possible.

Manpower is looking for a Quality
Engineer for a company in Hengelo.



As Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for
ensuring products and processes meet the highest standards. Your
work will directly support mission-critical aerospace innovations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality
    assurance procedures and protocols
  • Investigate
    and analyze defects, root causes, and corrective actions
  • Oversee inspection and testing throughout
    production phases
  • Lead continuous improvement
    initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methods
  • Train production staff on quality standards
    and inspection techniques
  • Collect, analyze,
    and report on quality performance data
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure material
    and component quality
  • Maintain documentation
    of quality control and management systems
  • Work
    closely with engineering, production, and design teams to integrate
    quality into all stages of development and manufacturing

Functie-eisen

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering,
    Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • At least four years of experience in a quality
    engineering role (aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing
    preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of quality
    standards (ISO, AS9100) and methods (FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, Six
    Sigma)
  • Availability of 40 hours per week
  • Experience with inspection, testing, and
    manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical
    skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
    skills to collaborate across teams and train staff
  • Proficiency in quality management software and
    data tools (Minitab, Excel, etc.); CAD experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
    because of job duties
