For our client we are looking for an Accountant based in Schiphol-Rijk. Our client specialized in managing central and regional spare parts warehouses for Electronic Vehicle (EV) manufacturers and distribution of the parts to destinations in Europe and beyond.

Position Accountant (Full-time, On-site) Location: Schiphol-Rijk

All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.

The offer

  • Secure a direct contract with for 1 year (with a 1-month probation period), aiming for an indefinite contract thereafter.
  • Salary depending on education and experience max. € 4200,- gross per month based on 40 hours.

    As a specialized provider of global supply chain solutions, our client excels in managing central and regional spare parts warehouses for Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturers. Their expertise has enabled numerous Chinese OEMs to launch EVs across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia.

    Responsibilities
    Task in finance area:

  • Input vouchers of Dutch and German accounts
  • Review invoices receivable in an accurate manner
  • Update and check customer duty deposit details
  • Account Receivable Aging update
  • Check the status of outstanding invoices before monthly settlement and coordinate with relevant party to complete the approval in a timely manner
  • Assist in completing tax declaration for the Netherlands, Germany and Norway
  • Assist with monthly account closing
  • Assist in completing annual auditing & budgeting


    • Task in purchasing area:

  • Check the packing materials balance when receive the purchasing applications
  • Random stock taking of packing materials


    • Other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
    Your profile

  • Min. Bachelor degree, with an education background in accounting
  • 3-5 years’ of experience in accounting field in multi-national or logistics company is a plus
  • Experience with Dutch tax declaration is a must!
  • Detail-oriented and have a good command in accounting
  • Able to work independently and under pressure with effectiveness and efficiency
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command in both written and spoken English a must (Dutch is a plus!)
  • Good skills in Office software applications
  • Familiar with Twinfield is a plus
