Mission
Your Role As S&OP Director, reporting to the BU Layers
MD, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing
the global Breeding Sales & Operations
Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply and
financial goals. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across regions
and OPCOs for BU Layers and Traditional
Poultry, ensuring strategic plans are translated into
executable operational actions. Acting as a strategic partner, you will bring
strong analytical skills, a “hands-on” mindset and proven expertise in supply
chain and business leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead the Global Breeding S&OP Process: Design, implement,
and continuously improve the global S&OP framework to align with business
objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
to ensure a unified plan. Develop & drive a monthly S&OP process &
governance (preparation / meetings / decision-making / follow-up of actions)Drive the optimization of the global supply footprint by coordinating
the S&OP across breeding / distribution & traditional poultry (dotted
line towards distribution/traditional poultry)Demand & Supply Planning: Oversee global demand forecasting and supply planning processes,
ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.Executive Reporting: Present S&OP
outcomes, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership, enabling informed
decision-making.Scenario Planning: Develop and evaluate
scenarios to manage risks and capitalize on opportunities in supply and demand. Technology & Tools: Leverage existing
planning tools (MTech, Power BI reporting, Excel) and drive their adoption and
improvement, evaluating the benefit of testing/introducing new tools (digital
twins, AI, Advanced Planning Tools). KPI Management: Define and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP
process. Team Leadership: Build and
lead a high-performing global S&OP team, fostering a culture of
accountability and continuous improvement. Profile
Your Profile Master’s degree in Business
or Supply Chain Proven track record in S&OP leadership, supply chain management and
cross-functional collaboration Experience in leading global transformation projects and influencing at executive level Fluent in EnglishKey competencies: Ability to lead,
motivate and manage teams. Deep understanding of
supply chain, planning and financial management Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Results-oriented mindset with a rigorous and collaborative attitude Excellent communication, influencing and pedagogical skills at all organizational levels. Key Performance
Indicators: Strong governance of the S&OP process &
adherence to its execution Demand/supply alignment and forecast accuracy. Business KPIs including EBITDA and Sales growth. Team performance What We
