About the Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing one of our key operational sites. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and building a strong, engaged team — all aligned with Instabee’s long-term goals.

️ Key Responsibilities

As Site Manager, your role includes:


  • Leading and supporting your team in their daily work, coaching them to grow and succeed

  • Ensuring efficient, reliable site operations by setting clear priorities and following up on key activitie.

  • Planning and managing staffing needs, including coordination with third-party supplier.

  • Driving a strong safety culture by following and implementing local health & safety regulations

  • Making sure all site activities align with Instabee’s processes, values, and ways of working

  • Participating in local or cross-functional projects when relevant

  • Creating a well-structured, well-staffed site operation that runs smoothly and consistently

  • Providing hands-on leadership and being present in the daily operation

  • Ensuring a safe, healthy, and engaging workplace for all team members

  • Supporting continuous improvements based on team input and operational needs

  • Building a team culture that’s positive, professional, and aligned with Instabee’s values

  • Operates fully in line with local laws, internal policies, and safety regulations.

  • Builds documentation and standard operating procedures for key terminal processes

  • Encourages continuous improvement through employee feedback and engagement.

  • Promotes a healthy work-life balance across the team.

    The gross monthly salary for this role is €5.000 to €5.500. Additionally, you'll receive a yearly holiday allowance of 8%.
