Mechanic/operator

Together with your colleagues in the garage/hall of the transport and recycling company, you plan and prioritize the tasks that need to be carried out every day to meet all the needs of the factory. Before you start work, you ensure that everything is well organized.

Your tasks include:

• Organizing and carrying out work related to connecting, cutting and welding materials, as well as designing, manufacturing, operating and maintaining various types of machines, mechanical equipment and vehicles.
• Installation, repair and maintenance of technical installations, including detecting and remedying malfunctions and damage, and replacing worn or damaged parts in vehicles and equipment.
• Production of machine parts and devices using manual and machine processing methods, such as turning, milling and grinding. In addition, you prepare various metal constructions by means of riveting, welding, soldering and welding.

• A full-time job with a good salary depending on your experience.
• Daily work, guaranteed min. 40 hours per week
• Overtime paid 130%, Saturday 150%.
• Travel allowance 0.23 cents/km.

• A completed MBO 4 training as a fitter, welder or construction bench worker.
• In possession of a category B driving license.
• You have at least 1 year of professional experience and can weld according to the Mig/Mag method.
• Pre: VCA or wish to obtain this.
• You live in the Eindhoven/Helmond region
• You speak fluent English or Dutch
• You are focused on long-term cooperation.
