Requirements
Experienced Atlassian Tools Administrator / DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage the Atlassian tool stack—primarily Bamboo, Bitbucket, and JIRA—alongside leading platform tools operations and integrations in a DevOps-driven environment.
Design, implement, administer, and manage Atlassian tools with a primary focus on Bamboo, Bitbucket, and JIRA.
Create, migrate, and manage Bamboo build plans, perform performance tuning, upgrades, and ensure high availability of tools.
Integrate Atlassian tools with external plugins and other enterprise systems.
Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters; preferably with Docker containers.
Install and manage Bamboo and related applications on containerized environments and Kubernetes (Cloud or On-Premise).
Lead migration efforts from on-premise environments to cloud-based Kubernetes platforms.
Monitor application and server health, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure system stability.
Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Ansible and other CI/CD toolsets.
Utilize Linux OS and shell scripting for system maintenance and automation tasks.
Work in Agile and DevOps environments, ensuring best practices in configuration management and delivery.
Lead the Platform Tools Team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
Collaborate with project managers, delivery managers, and engineering teams to assess product value and prioritize initiatives.
Communicate product vision and roadmap clearly to stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and planning support to the development team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem, actively sharing learnings with peers and cross-functional teams.
Experience in Python programming is a strong plus.

Requirements 5+ years in the DevOps field, 2+ years in Information Security with a strong focus on Cloud Security. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security or a related field. Hands-on experience with AWS security services, including IAM, CloudTrail, KMS, and others like Organizations, VPC, Transit Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, ELB, Config, Inspector, GuardDuty, and WAF. In-depth knowledge of securing AWS resources and implementing network security. Proficiency in DevSecOps methodologies and tools. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform). Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and EFK from a security perspective. Strong understanding of current cloud security threats and mitigation strategies. Expertise in designing resilient and secure cloud infrastructures. Design and implement resilient cloud environments protected against security threats. Develop and evaluate security solutions to protect systems, databases, and networks. Conduct security assessments and recommend controls to address vulnerabilities. Monitor logs, analyze threats, and perform vulnerability assessments to ensure proactive security. Shape and enforce the company’s security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud environments. Create detailed technical and managerial security reports. Implement and test disaster recovery procedures for cloud environments. Monitor sensitive data usage and regulate access to safeguard confidentiality and integrity. Address violations of security policies and provide corrective measures. Provide end-user support for network and security-related issues. Expertise in AWS cloud security services, focusing on IAM, CloudTrail, KMS, and securing infrastructure. Hands-on experience in DevSecOps practices, including implementing security solutions and securing networks. Proficiency with AWS services and container security. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively. Experience with Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud. Expertise in container security and Terraform.
