As a Site Supervisor Decommissioning, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing these challenging projects.

In this role as Site Supervisor Decommissioning / Civil Project Manager, you are the main point of contact on-site. You will supervise operators, groundworkers, project staff, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You combine the role of supervisor with project management tasks: overseeing planning, budgets, safety, and quality within industrial decommissioning and civil projects.

Key responsibilities:
Daily supervision of employees and subcontractors within industrial decommissioning and civil projects;
Preparing, coordinating, and guiding activities: from load-in/load-out to dismantling installations, jackets, and topsides;
Monitoring planning, working hours, and budgets using the digital project management system;
Organizing toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and safety instructions;
Managing material handling, waste disposal, and related administration;
Identifying variations (additional or reduced work) and reporting to project management;
Maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
