YOUR MISSION


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure opportunities and grow business

  • Negotiate commercial conditions with customers and prospects

  • Lead retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives to maximize value

  • Translate client needs into actionable solutions, ensuring expectations are met

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirements

  • Monitor opportunities and risks, escalating and resolving issues quickly

  • Stay current on Microsoft technologies and provide strategic insights
    to clients

  • Foster continuous improvement by driving efficiency and reducing costs


YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS


  • Solid background in account, business development, or service management in IT

  • Familiarity with Microsoft solutions as a consultant or project manager is a strong plus

  • Skilled in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and value articulation

  • Strong communicator and leader, able to engage with senior stakeholders

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
