We are seeking individuals for multiple positions in
Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing
Engineering focused on NPI. The ideal candidates will exhibit
seniority in their personality and serve as leaders within junior
teams. While prior work experience is valued, we prioritize
individuals who demonstrate the right mindset and aptitude for the
role. A bachelor's degree in a technical field is
preferred.

  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams to drive quality, process, and manufacturing
    improvements during NPI phases.
  • Develop and
    implement quality control plans, process optimization strategies,
    and manufacturing protocols.
  • Lead root cause
    analysis and corrective/preventive actions to address any issues
    identified during NPI processes.
  • Provide
    technical guidance and mentorship to junior team
    members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry
    standards and regulations throughout NPI
    projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical
    discipline (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or related
    field).
  • Strong understanding of quality
    management principles, process optimization techniques, and
    manufacturing methodologies.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead
    and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to work
    effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic
    environment.
  • Familiarity with high-tech module
    and machinery development is
    advantageous.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
The
right candidate will be provided a challenging and varied position

based on your experience and education (€3500 - €5000 per month)
