Responsibilities / Tasks
Define and execute a forward-looking sales and innovation strategy aligned with the Business Unit (BU) with an end to end view. Incorporate automation, digitalization (DIGI) and Sustainability in the roadmap.
Engage closely with key customers to understand their future needs and innovations that matter most. Monitor market and technology trends to recognize and seize new opportunities.
Lead successful market introductions, training programs, and product launch plans with Sales Steering and Marketing.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Proven experience in product management, strategy, or business development within a technical or industrial environment
Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent cross-functional leadership and matrix management skills
Deep understanding of product development, market dynamics, and value chains
Passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer success
