ensures the success of shipbuilding projects by maintaining high
standards of craftsmanship, quality, cost efficiency, and timely
delivery. The mission is to drive sustainable shipbuilding
practices from the start to delivery.
As a
Coordinator Shipbuilding, you will act as the vital link between
project management and execution teams at the shipyard. From the
initial planning phase to the deployment of site teams, you ensure
smooth coordination and efficient resource allocation. Each project
presents unique challenges, requiring quick adaptation to local
conditions, legal requirements, and
logistics.
Using your organizational and
analytical skills, you will oversee work permits, and project
timelines. You will maintain an overview of planning and resources,
proactively managing any changes while ensuring clear communication
with all stakeholders. Your role is crucial in supporting team
members and ensuring all logistical aspects of the project are
handled efficiently.

Activities for your team - Maintain internal
communication and collaborate with project management, legal, tax,
and compliance teams. - Manage resource planning
and allocate personnel based on project
needs. - Manage the invoicing process related to
site team activities.
Functie-eisen
/>- Medium vocational level degree and
preferably mechanical related. - Experience
working in a complex international organization, especially
construction or shipbuilding. - Strong
organizational, coordination, and problem-solving
skills. - Ability to maintain an overview and
work in a structured, project-oriented
manner. - Experience in resource planning and
international project coordination
(preferred). - A proactive and self-starting
attitude, able to achieve results quickly. - A
valid EU work visa is
required.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
/>- The right candidate will be provided a
challenging and varied position in a professional shipbuilding
environment. - After a period of secondment and
functioning properly, you can be contracted by our
client. - Certain pre-employment screening checks
may be part of this vacancy procedure. - A gross
monthly salary between €3,610 and €5,026 + 8% holiday allowance
(based on a full-time contract). - A healthy
