Their international tax practice is widely recognised for its strength in advising on complex, high-value transactions, particularly across M&A, finance, investment structuring, and global reorganisations.
The Amsterdam team operates at the heart of the firm's European tax strategy, with close integration across corporate, funds, and finance practices. Due to increased demand in cross-border work, the team is now seeking a high-calibre Senior Associate to join them and take on a visible, client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise multinational corporations, financial sponsors, and investment funds on cross-border tax matters, including corporate structuring, acquisitions, financings, and reorganisations
Lead on the tax aspects of transactional work, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in legal documentation (e.g., SPAs, shareholder agreements, loan docs)
Assist clients in navigating international tax developments, including BEPS, ATAD, Pillar Two, and other EU directives
Provide strategic support to clients in relation to Dutch and EU tax planning and compliance
Work collaboratively with colleagues in other jurisdictions on multi-jurisdictional advisory and structuring mandates
Mentor junior associates and contribute to internal knowledge development
Support business development initiatives, including client presentations and publication of thought leadership
Candidate Profile:
A completed Dutch master's degree in tax law or fiscal economics
A completed NOB training
Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience within an international law firm or top-tier advisory environment
In-depth knowledge of EU tax law, OECD guidelines, and global tax policy trends
Fluent in English and Dutch
Confident communicator with the ability to advise clients and manage projects independently
