What are we expecting from you?
Supporting our Sales Associates in boutique, you will be an Ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels identity and expertise by delivering an exceptional client experience.
As part of the Boutique team your role will support our Sales Associates throughout the entire sales process from the preparation, to the presentation of the Maison creations to the sales follow-up and customer service.
You contribute to the Maison Client Experience to promote its image both internally and externally and you aim to offer a unique experience to our loyal clients (from welcoming our clients to the wrapping ceremony).
You support our Sales associates in their daily clienteling activities and preparation for events.
You convey the refinement, elegance and innovation that inspire the Maison creations.
