  • Lead and motivate your team of production
    employees within one of the three shifts.

  • Distribute tasks effectively and ensure smooth daily
    operations.
  • Safeguard compliance with safety,
    health, and company regulations.
  • Monitor
    efficiency and manage performance based on output.

  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and a positive working
    atmosphere on the production floor.
  • Identify
    process deviations and propose improvements.

  • Collaborate with colleagues from production, engineering,
    and quality control.
  • Solve operational
    challenges together with the operations manager.


Functie-eisen

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a technical
    or automated production environment.
  • Strong
    people management skills: able to motivate and guide your team
    effectively.
  • Ability to balance operational
    tasks with human-focused leadership.
  • Knowledge
    of continuous improvement and production optimization.

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.

  • MBO+/HBO level of education, preferably with a technical
    background.
  • Strong communication skills in
    Dutch and English (spoken and written).


Arbeidsvoorwaarden />
  • A permanent position, no temporary
    projects.
  • The possibility of a contract with
    our clients.
  • A competitive salary between
    €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month (excluding shift
    allowance).
  • A 25% shift allowance for working
    in a 3-shift system.
  • 40 days off (25 vacation
    days + 5 ADV + 10 additional shift-related days).
