Responsibilities
Administrative processing of shipments in the system (SAP)
Processing returns, complaints, and shipping discrepancies
Preparing and managing import and export documentation
Communication with carriers, the warehouse, and internal stakeholders
Identify and develop methods and processes to drive improvements where necessary
Proactively identify and resolve issues that can impact the customer
Qualifications
You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Proficiency in MS Office is a must
Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is required
Dependable and able to work independently
SAP knowledge is a plus
