Your role as a Production Leader:
Lead and support your team Watch the production process Report problems to managers React quickly to unexpected problems Train new workers and explain their tasksWork schedule:
You will work in two shifts from Monday to Friday. Both are daytime shifts. One shift runs from 06:00 to 15:00, and the other runs from 09:00 to 18:00. To succeed in this job, you should be:
Experienced in a similar leader job in production (food experience is a plus) Able to work well under pressure Good at clear communication Responsible and helpful to your team Able to notice quality and safety issues Available for long-term work Good at communicating in English and/or Dutch What can we as an employment agency guarantee you?
