Onze oorsprong ligt bij Expert Webdesign, waarbij wij websites voor allerlei bedrijven ontwikkelden. Zo ook voor recreatie ondernemers. Hier kwamen we telkens hetzelfde probleem tegen: de websites liepen ver voor op de markt en concurrentie, maar misten de mogelijkheid om direct via de website een vakantie te boeken. Klanten moesten hiervoor telefonisch contact opnemen met de receptie of uitwijken naar externe boekingsplatforms. Dit moest beter en gemakkelijker, dachten we.

Daarom zijn we om tafel gegaan met allerlei partijen als receptionistes, parkmanagers, technische diensten, schoonmakers, slagboompartijen en de directie, om vanuit diverse perspectieven de knelpunten in kaart te brengen. Het resultaat was de ontwikkeling van een innovatief reserveringssysteem dat alle benodigdheden voor recreatiebedrijven integreert. Zo is in 2011 Booking Experts ontstaan. Ons boekingsplatform is uitgegroeid tot hét platform voor vakantieparken, campings, hotels in diverse landen.

Om aan de groeiende vraag te voldoen, hebben we in 2017 ons marketingbureau Booking Boosters opgericht. Hiermee kunnen we onze klanten helpen om hun online omzet te verhogen en hun groei te stimuleren. Middels effectieve en performance based marketingtechnieken, zoals SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing en Social Media, helpen wij vakantieparken groeien en floreren!

 



At our marketing agency Booking Boosters, we increasingly work with clients who have ambitions in the United Kingdom. That’s why we’re looking for a Performance Marketer who not only sets up campaigns but also makes them perform. You drive results with data, work daily with dashboards, and get the most out of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. At the same time, you understand how good content contributes to success and enjoy collaborating with our content marketers to achieve this.

Please note: This position is primarily based in our Enschede office. Candidates must live in or near Enschede. Remote work is limited to 1-2 days per week.

What will you do? 

You’re responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on online campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. You work daily with dashboards and data to monitor performance and improve campaigns. Additionally, you coordinate with our content marketers to ensure messaging and visuals align with the target audience and enhance performance. You are data-driven, results-oriented, and have strong content knowledge.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Independently set up, manage, and optimize SEA campaigns across various channels;

  • Monitor results through dashboards (Tableau, GA4, etc.);

  • Create high-quality, conversion-focused content such as blogs, emails, and landing pages;

  • Analyze campaign results (e.g., CTR, conversion rate) and develop concrete improvement plans;

  • Manage client communication, including progress meetings and result presentations;

  • Identify trends and opportunities in the UK recreation sector and translate these into new campaigns or strategies.

Your department and the team

What do you bring?

  • At least HBO-level education, preferably in fields like HTRO, TIO, Creative Business, Commercial Economics, or similar;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on performance and advertising;

  • Fluent English, both spoken and written—error-free and convincing in campaigns and content;

  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and preferably also Bing Ads;

  • Affinity with content marketing and a sense for conversion-focused content;

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (a plus);

  • Experience analyzing data via Looker Studio or Tableau (a plus);

  • Strong analytical skills, technically savvy, and curious about the role of AI in marketing;

  • A proactive, future-oriented, and results-driven mindset;

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or GA4 are a plus.
