Job Description
As a TIBCO Middleware Specialist, you will:
  • Build, verify, and deploy software solutions.
  • Perform upgrades of existing software.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  • Configure Linux and Wintel environments.
  • Construct and deploy new TIBCO processes.
  • Decommission legacy TIBCO processes.
  • Support migration projects and create new file transfers.
  • Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile Scrum practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO 6.x (with additional exposure to BW 5.x).
  • Strong skills in YAML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services, JSON, XML, UML.
  • Hands-on experience in Azure (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration architectures.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk (Dashboards, Alerts) and Dynatrace.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps methodologies, and cloud deployment practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, including thread dump and memory analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive mindset, ownership, and passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Configure and support Linux and Wintel systems.
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions securely.
  • Work with TIBCO EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, Hawk, Adapters, and plugins (plus).
  • Develop and manage APIs using tools such as Mashery, Apigee, or Kong.
  • Collaborate in a team-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Work effectively in dynamic environments, balancing stress and deadlines.
