Analyze market data surveys to maintain competitive C&B packages and market data survey submissionAssess labor market trends and identify opportunities to improve our existing C&B programs, in accordance with European and local statutory requirementsVendor management for benefit agreements and renewals with local insurance and pension providersExecution of annual salary review cycleJob evaluation assessment and maintenanceInitiate and lead C&B projects with focus on alignment, improvement and engagementCreate, implement and maintain C&B programs, policies and processesPrepare & send out communication on C&B topics
What you bring
Proven experience as an Compensation & Benefits Specialist or similar roleStrong understanding of C&B best practices, laws, and industry trendsExcellent English, both written and spokenKnowledge of another European language is an advantage
