Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow consultant to temporarily strengthen our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions, performing analyses, training administrators, and advising on best practices. The candidate must be able to work independently, proactively make proposals, and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Situation:
A first step has already been taken with ServiceNow implementation (ITSM). Your assignment is to ensure that ServiceNow has a good foundation to build on and to further train the team and apply best practices. The current setup must be examined and assessed for best practice. Your proactive advice helps us to establish a good foundation and to be able to continue working on ServiceNow in a structured manner. You monitor the quality of the setup and make adjustments where necessary. You advise the Product Owner for further setup and steps to be taken.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current setup and advise on changes based on best practices.
- Implementing ServiceNow changes, from planning to delivery.
- Analyzing business processes and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Training and guiding administrators and end users in the use of ServiceNow.
- Advising on best practices and optimizing existing ServiceNow environments.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making proposals for optimization.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations and advising organizations (WO level).
- In-depth knowledge and experience of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, with at least the ITSM, CMDB, and PDC modules.
- Experience with performing analyses and translating business needs into manageable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information.
- Experience with training administrators and end users.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- At least 2 days per week and preferably 3 days per week present at the office in Groningen.
