TYPE: Full-time

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 (40 hours per week)

SALARY: €2,750 per month plus good benefits (travel fee, holiday allowance)

(※ up to €3,000 per month can be considered, depending on experience)

START: As soon as possible

LOCATION: Hoofddorp, The Netherlands (Office-based)



Main Responsibilities:

•Support sales representatives in their daily operations

• Assist with quotations, order processing, and delivery schedule management

• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics providers

• Handle purchase/sales data entry and documentation

• Prepare sales reports and presentation materials

• In the future, engage in client development and take on sales activities independently



Ideal Candidate:

• Proficiency in English (required)

• Fluency in an additional European language (e.g., Dutch, German, French, etc.)

• Japanese language ability at a basic/communicative level is sufficient

• Strong communication and flexibility to adapt in a multicultural environment

• No prior sales experience required (sales or trading experience is a plus)
