Introduction

The HR Operations Team oversees a high volume and time critical service delivery to internal clients and stakeholders in a multicultural environment. As an intern your main responsibility will be to support HR Operations Team to Collaborate to the continuous improvement of HR system (Workday); you will be part of a very energetic and dynamic HR Department, which also gives you the opportunity to develop.

The Challenge

  • Participate in the HR Admin and HRIS & Reporting activities(tickets management, navigational support on policy, Workday and reporting)

  • Collaborate with CoEs (Center of Expertise) and HR BPs (Human Resources Business Partners) on projects aiming to improve the quality of our HR Services

  • What are we looking for?

  • A student within the Human Resources discipline (must) 

  • A student enrolled in a university for the full duration of the internship (must)

  • Based nearby Eindhoven or planning to move to the region for the internship

  • Previous (any) work experience/ internship is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and digital skills

  • A hands-on and customer centered mentality

  • Capable of working independently in a structured and accurate way

  • Excellent language skills in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Available for a minimum of 32 hours a week for a period of 20 weeks (or more)
