Responsibilities :

  • Entering sales and purchase orders.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules.
  • Managing invoicing.
  • Collaborating with the front office department in Germany.
  • Ensuring accurate order processing.

    Wie ben je?

  • Proficiency in reading and writing in German.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Understanding of the German culture.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Affinity with logistics is a plus.

  • Salary : €2600 - €2800 gross per month.
  • Working hours : 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • 25 vacation days + 8% holiday pay.
  • Pension from the first day.
  • €0.23/km travel allowance.
