We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Copywriter to craft engaging, brand-consistent content across multiple digital touchpoints in the Belgian-French and Dutch markets. This role places strong emphasis on copywriting while also supporting the creation and optimization of digital assets to enhance consumer engagement and brand presence.


Please note that this is a full-time freelancer contract role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Write and adapt compelling copy for: CRM campaigns (emails, newsletters, push notifications), Retailer websites (product descriptions, headlines, microcopy), Brand stores / shop-in-shop pages, Display ads and social media visuals.
  • Ensure all messaging is tailored to both Belgian and Dutch audiences and fully aligned with the brand tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with designers to pair impactful copy with strong visuals.
  • Optimize and manage A and A+ content on e-commerce platforms, applying SEO best practices.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency.
  • Monitor performance of copy-driven campaigns and recommend improvements.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a copywriter in digital or e-commerce environments.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French is required; excellent command of English is also essential.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy across different platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
