Senior mendix developer (pivotal role)

It’s time for us to hire a pivotal Senior Mendix Developer for the Dutch arm of a successful Mendix Partner, already home to 20 top consultants in Belgium. With rising demand and projects across the public sector, logistics, and industry, this is your chance to join a company expanding rapidly in the Netherlands. The role:

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation by designing, building, and implementing innovative business applications using the Mendix low-code platform. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you’ll gather user requirements, tackle complex challenges, and deliver customized, user-friendly solutions that maximize customer impact and satisfaction.

With your extensive Mendix experience, you’ll not only lead projects but also mentor junior consultants and guide clients through impactful solutions. You’ll thrive in delivering design thinking workshops, exploring new technologies, and optimizing business processes, ensuring every project contributes to future-proofing and driving real value.

What makes you a great fit:

• A completed HBO or WO education, preferably IT related
• 3-5 years of Mendix experience (Mendix Advanced or Expert certified)
• Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience with mobile application development and process and data integration
• A drive to continuously develop yourself and others and to share knowledge
• A collaborative nature, even with mentoring skills
• Analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience of delivering workshops
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch & English
• Hybrid working – onsite work at the office or customer 1-2 days a week
