Kobelco Construction Machinery Europe B.V. (KCME) is recruiting an Internal Audit and Compliance assistant to join our Accounting and Finance (F&A) department who will report directly to the Financial Controller. Parttime can be considered (24/32 hours).
KCME’s F&A group is responsible for periodic Finance and Accounting processes of its Head Office and European branches and subsidiaries. The focus is to process financial transactions/payments timely, correctly and accurately. F&A is also responsible to comply with KCMJ’s auditing rules, to comply with Dutch GAAP, J-Sox as well as local applicable (tax)-laws and country specific obligations.
You will:
· Fiscal Filings for the Dutch and Group entities
· Intrastat filings (CBS)
· Corporate Income Tax for all entities.
· Participate and initiate improvement projects on Fiscal and (internal) Audit & compliance projects.
· KYC process
· Support on ad-hoc Finance activities.
· Support KCME projects with specialist knowledge
· Support the KCME branches with regards Fiscal and Compliance
You have:
· Experience in a similar position of 5-15 year experience.
· MBO/HBO level, attend relevant courses to stay up to date with Internal Audit and Compliance developments.
· Background in International Trade. Construction Machinery, agricultural or similar machinery industry would be preferable.
· Excellent reporting and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in English, other languages preferred
· Discrete and confidential attitude and behavior
· Communication skills and team player.
· Willing to travel regularly to KCME’s branches and subsidiaries. Effective travel is maximum 15% of the total job time.
· Living in the Netherlands is a must.
