As the person responsible for digital in Mobilize Financial Services’ (Renault Group’s) most digitalized market, you’ll play a key role in a region at the forefront of digital transformation. You are the link between business needs, technical feasibility and end-user satisfaction.
With constant internal process evolutions and a fast-paced environment, you’ll be shaping the digital experience — not just maintaining it.
- Project Ownership: Manage digital projects from concept to launch, including e-commerce funnels, standalone service platforms, and optimization projects. This includes maintaining the existing website portfolio.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between marketing, IT, legal, sales, and external partners (e.g., OEMs), ensuring seamless collaboration and aligned goals.
- Digital Optimization: Improve user experience and conversion rates across multiple websites, continuously.
- Analytical Insight: Support teams with data-driven insights using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Technical Fluency: Translate business needs into digital solutions in a technically restrictive environment, maintaining feasibility and usability.
- E-Commerce Growth: Drive traffic acquisition, test-and-learn strategies, and CRO practices to maximize ROI from digital channels.
- Product Implementation: Launch new online products (e.g., insurance, warranty, roadside assistance) through effective digital channels.
Ideal Profile
- 5 years’ experience in a digital, e-commerce, or digital marketing role.
- Proven success in acting in cross-functional teams and leading digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, web analytics, SEO, and CRO.
- Capable of navigating technical conversations while empathizing with user behavior and business goals.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented, thriving in fast-paced and complex environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both Dutch and English. French is a bonus.
