What the job expects:

  • 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Serve as a 360-degree liaison between clients and internal teams - coordinating client needs with internal policies, risk controls, and operational requirements, while providing daily updates on all account-related matters.
  • Act as the first-line loan officer by receiving, processing, and submitting client funding requests.
  • Cultivate and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue potential and generate referrals or leads for the business development team.
  • Engage in high-level problem solving and proactively deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Develop deep knowledge of clients’ businesses and industries to provide expert-level support.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and renewal rates, maintaining a calm, professional demeanor even in high-pressure situations.
  • Support the sales team by collecting and reviewing complete underwriting packages, submitting credit check requests and conducting follow-ups, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the SVP of Sales and the Regional CEO, as well as other tasks as assigned.


What we are looking for:

  • 5-10+ years’ experience in client-oriented roles
  • Fluency in English and Dutch language is mandatory
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree is a plus
  • Strong understanding of finance and international trade with experience conducting business internationally preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and business documents required
  • Must have a positive attitude, calm and professional demeanor, and great people skills
  • Able to balance client and company needs, while solving problems rationally and creatively
  • Good general and global knowledge, and ability to work with various constituents
  • Able to succeed in a smaller, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
