The Role

As a Medior or Senior Digital Product Designer, you’ll be shaping intuitive, user-centric digital experiences -from early-stage concepts to high-fidelity prototypes. You bring a balance of strong UX fundamentals and a sharp visual eye, creating products that are both beautifully designed and genuinely useful.

You’ll work closely with international clients in both public and private sectors, applying your design thinking to tackle complex challenges. You'll also have the chance to explore your personal design interests - whether that's motion design, accessibility, design systems, or something entirely unexpected.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advise clients on UX, digital strategy, and user-centered design
• Translate user and business needs into compelling product experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma
• Build and maintain design systems
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings
• Manage stakeholders and own project delivery
• Mentor and coach junior designers

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. design, HCI, digital media)
• 3+ years of professional experience for Medior level; 5+ years for Senior
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills
• Comfortable working in English; Dutch is a plus
• Proficient in user-centered design methodologies
• Strategic mindset with an empathetic, holistic approach to design
• Enthusiastic about collaborative, multidisciplinary work
