Required Skills

  • Project Management including planning, execution, time & risk management, and usage of PM tools
  • Program leadership, Stakeholder Management experience
  • Communication and Customer Presentation skills
  • Experience in working in a diverse landscape like TCS while managing cross functional teams
  • ServiceNow Module knowledge – ITSM + Industry focused modules (e.g., HRSD, GRC)
  • Hands-on Reporting and Documentation experience
  • Travel within Europe on need basis
