Application Support Engineer

Location - Oisterwijk area (+/- 3 days at the office, 2 days from home)

Salary – Up to 4,000 per month base salary + Benefits

Dutch fluent is essential

Does this sound like your experience?


  • You're comfortable learning new Hardware and Software
  • Your good at Multitasking and can stay organised
  • You have good communication skills
  • Collaborate with other internal departments
  • 2+ years of IT/Technical Support Experience
  • Experience with Linux, Active Directory or a ticket-based environment


What you'll be doing


  • Be the go-to expert for the Applications platform, maintaining regular contact with users to ensure they get the best experience and value from the product
  • Work closely with users to gather insights, identify pain points and collaborate with the development team to enhance the Applications platform. Your feedback will help shape the future of their solutions
  • Generate insightful reports for customers, helping them track performance, security insights
  • Offer expert guidance on the Applications platform, assisting customers with setup and troubleshooting
  • Act as a trusted problem-solver, addressing inquiries, diagnosing challenges and ensuring that customers experience smooth and seamless access to critical systems
