Complete operation planning of software apps overseas together with the headquarters
Cooperate with headquarters in software app basic operation at early stage and data management
Support the headquarters in building a software product operation team as a team leader in the medium to long term, and support the development of overseas business
Regularly optimize overseas apps in terms of content, functionality, UI/UX, and technology, and provide suggestions to headquarters
Enable overseas customer service or distributors in handling software app usage or technical issues
Assist the headquarters in providing backend data analysis support to solve customer complaints or improve user experience
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or medical related fields
At least 5 years of working experience, and at least 3 years of experience in medical device software product operation and data management
Familiar with overseas medical device software products, user data insights, and strong data analysis and mining abilities
Strong communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural environment
Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, with experience in international projects and team collaboration
Possess the potential for team management and the ability to work under pressure
