They are seekingan Investment Manager tojointheir team in either Amsterdam or Antwerp. The idealcandidatewillbring a strong understanding of real estate development financeand banking, project management, and investment structuringtotherole, alongwith hands-on experience in real estatelending, acquisitions, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead thesourcing, negotiation, andclosing of investment deals withpotentialinvestors, ensuringalignmentwiththecompany'sstrategicobjectives.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Overseeand monitor theprogress of real estate development projects, providingregular updates andreportsto senior management, owners, lenders, andinvestors.
- Real EstateFinancing: Source, negotiate, and close loansfor real estate development projectsby collaborating withbanksandotherlendinginstitutions. Ensure optimaltermsandconditionsthatalignwith project goals and financial parameters.
- Investment Committee Memoranda: Preparedetailed Investment Committee memoranda andassessthe financial performance of real estateprojectsto support decision-making.
- Acquisitions & Asset Management: Assist in identifyingandexecuting real estateacquisitions, managing theexisting portfolio, andoverseeing asset dispositions as necessary.
- Loan & Investor Reporting: Establishand manage reportingprocessesforlenders, track loan drawdowns, and manage investorreportingand fund utilization/draw requests.
- Loan Draw Process: Lead theloan draw process, ensuringtimelyand accurate disbursements in line with project milestonesandagreements.
