For our customer GXO we are looking for a full-time orderpicker in the 3 shifts. The location is situated in Oosterhout. As orderpicker you are responsible to collect the Ikea orders. After a period of time it is also possible to get training on the packing process or as a forklift- and/or reachtruckdriver. You will work within the same team everyday, since you will stay in the same shift every week. In the warehouse you can find all the items which you can also buy at every regular Ikea store. 

The working times at GXO Ikea are: The first shifts starts at Monday 06.00 in the morning. During weekdays: 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00/22.00-06.00. It stops on Saturday morning. Also on Saturdays there are two shifts planned: 06.00-13.30 & 13.30-21.15. The night shifts is maximum 5 shifts a week. In the peak period the other two shifts work six days a week. 

Functie-eisen

When you want to start as orderpicker, the following aspects are important: 

  • You are able to do physical work. 
  • Experience is not a must, but you are motivated and eager to learn to become a great orderpicker. 
  • You are fulltime available. 
  • Sufficient level of English is mandatory. 
Bedrijfsomschrijving

At this location you will be working as orderpicker for the client Ikea. Every article you can find at an Ikea store will come from this warehouse. The warehouse is quit big, and therefor you will be orderpicking by using an electric truck. At the location is a nice canteen, during office hours there is fresh food. Also there are vending machines with food. Moreover, you can grap some fresh fruit two times a week. The location is easy reachable by car. There is a big parking space in front of the warehouse, so you can park your car there. 

At this location around 700 employees work everyday to make sure that all the orders will be processed in time. Olympia is also a few times a week on site, so you can always walk by to ask questions or for a small conversation with us.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

We offer you the following things when you start as an orderpicker: 

  • Fulltime work for a longer period of time, with a chance you will get a permanent position (vaste aanstelling); 
  • Work for Ikea as orderpicker, but there are also a lot of possibilities to get training and education, so you can also grow into your job;  
  • 16,38 bruto per hour as salary; 
  • Travel expenses with a maximum of 11,50 per day; 
  • Working full time in a three-shifts system; 
  • Holiday allowance, pension contribution, holiday hours.
