As a full-time Logistics Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless sorting of thousands of packages daily. Each colleague you support plays a pivotal role in our delivery success, and you'll soon become the go-to person and role model for 10 to 15 of our operators.
Additionally, you'll:
- Coordinate the logistics processes efficiently.
- Maintain vigilance to minimize potential delays in the workflow.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to your colleagues.
You are characterized by your precision, adeptness in interpersonal interactions with both external stakeholders and colleagues, and your flexibility. Your focus on results and adept communication skills define your approach. Moreover, your resilience and perseverance are evident in your work ethic.
You also bring to the table:
- A level of education and thinking equivalent to MBO 4.
- Proficiency in either Dutch or English.
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial capacity.
Our facility is situated at Heksekamp 29 in Zaltbommel, conveniently accessible from 's Hertogenbosch, Tiel, Rosmalen, and Geldermalsen. Here, alongside our Central Hub Director Huib and approximately 350 colleagues, we operate the largest sorting facility in the Benelux, and the second-largest in Europe. Every day, we process up to half a million packages, destined for 250 locations. - A salary ranging between €2545 and €3425 gross for a 40-hour workweek, commensurate with your expertise.
