Employment agency Manpower is looking for an QA Advisor for DSM-Firmenich in Delft. 

 

As a QA Advisor, you will support the Quality Assurance department with supplier and raw material onboarding, documentation management, and compliance tracking. You are accurate, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with various departments and external partners. Your tasks: 

  • Coordinating and managing documentation for pet food raw material onboarding in SF360 
  • Transferring documents to other QA systems 
  • Supporting the qualification of contract manufacturers with standardized templates (e.g., HACCP, GMO, heavy metals) 
  • Setting up inspection plans for finished product release 
  • Coordinating the shipment of samples to external laboratories 
  • Preparing COAs/COCs 
  • Ensuring accurate administrative follow-up and compliance

Functie-eisen

  • Proven experience in administrative support within a QA environment, preferably in the food or pet food sector 
  • Availability of 40 hours per week 
  • Solid knowledge of QA systems (such as SF360, SAP, or LIMS) 
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills 
  • Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks independently 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Fluent command of the English language because of job duties
